The Japan Public Affairs Association accepted the study visit by Russia Association of Volunteer Centers on November 29th, 2019. There were around 20 people in the group. Mr. Sotsu, Policy Fellow of  The Japan Public Affairs Association, presented the brief summary on the situation of policy proposal in Japan first and after we had insightful discussion together.
